Horse Riding / Teaching
Horseback riding lessons for teenagers and adults. From beginners to advanced riders.
Themed riding courses on weekends and during school holidays. All our classes and courses are open to owner-riders, but you can also use ours. For younger riders, we offer half-day "In the Shoes of a Cowboy or a Cowgirl" courses.
Hiking / Walking
We offer star hikes and walks of 1 to 3 hours around Mazan l'Abbaye.
Open to owner-riders and horse rentals available. Comfortable cottages and dormitories are available on-site.
Equine Mediation
Reconnect with yourself through equine mediation: a soothing experience where the horse becomes your guide to overall well-being.
This approach relies on interaction with horses to support people (children, teenagers, adults, etc.) in their well-being, personal development or recovery.
Equine meditation is a social, educational, and therapeutic approach that fosters interaction leading to a sense of well-being by developing various physical, mental, and bodily skills. It is aimed at a wide audience: children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. It does not require horseback riding skills.
I am Edwige PECHOUX, a graduate of the BPJEPS Equestrian Activities Diploma and certified as an "Equine Mediation Practitioner." I practice my activities in an authentic, safe, and caring environment.
