Seasonal specialties: Fin Gras du Mézenc beef (from February to June), Maôche (autumn and winter, by reservation), omelettes and porcini puff pastries. Gourmet desserts: homemade pastries, ice cream sundaes, Norwegian omelette. Group menus on order. Evening meal by reservation.
A slate bears the inscription. “Here begins my race towards the ocean”: a thematic trail on the Sources of the Loire is offered to visitors.
