We produce and sell local products: sausages, pâtés, caillettes, "maôche"... and we also offer takeaway meals. Our catering service is at your disposal for all your meals.
It was in 1934 that Léopold and Françoise Jolivet founded the butcher's shop. When her husband died in 1944, Mrs. Jolivet decided to run the shop alone, which was not an easy thing at the time. Around the age of 14, André, their son, was able to help his mother, and that is what he did for several years; he set up his own business with his wife in 1975. Today, it is their son, Sébastien, helped by his sister, who has taken up the family torch and created Sarl Jolivet et Fils in 2001 in new premises located opposite the old butcher's shop.
They have always worked with quality meat from local farms. They also offer a large selection of local charcuterie. It is by preserving the know-how of several generations that the company has evolved over the years. Also, they have diversified their activities by developing the catering service which is a rapidly expanding field.
