Description
The company has remained family-owned since then. It was managed until the end of 2019 by Mrs. Mireille TREMOLIERE, daughter of Jean RISSOAN, and bought by Mr. Claude SEPCHAT, director of the site since 2017. LAITERIE RISSOAN produces and markets its own cheeses made on its premises in Lozère.
The milk used to make cheese comes exclusively from Lozère and Ardèche at an altitude of around 1000 metres. LAITERIE RISSOAN itself collects this milk from loyal farmers for many years, often for several generations, and ensures its local origin.
By purchasing local products made by hand from LAITERIE RISSOAN, you are contributing to the preservation of our countryside and its quality of life.

From 03/03 to 31/05 on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 14 p.m. to 18 p.m.
From 01/06 to 30/09/2026 every day from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 13:30 p.m. to 19 p.m.
From 01/10/2026 to 18/01/2027 on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9am to 12:30pm and from 14pm to 18pm.
