Created in 1947, it is one of the oldest cheese dairies in Coucouron. You can discover the famous Coucouron cheese there. As well as local products: cheeses, sausages, honey, jams, craft beers… On site bread depot.
Description
This family cheese dairy was founded by Albert Roche at the end of the 1950s and the latter was taken over by his son Jérôme in 1986. The milk from the herds that graze in our mountains is processed there, which gives the cheese, in addition to the know-how make cheese, a very special flavor. The coucouron is also available in a lighter version.
Opening
All year round, every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
From 9 a.m. to 00 p.m. and from 12 p.m. to 30 p.m.
Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 13:00 p.m.
