Description
The flagship product of the structure is the cheese called "Goudoulet". It is a specialty of the Ardèche mountains of very high quality with a pressed paste and a washed rind. You can also discover other cheeses that will thrill your taste buds: Mazan Abbey, Fourme d'Yssingeaux, creamy Mézenc log, raclette, goat cheese log, etc. We also offer a range of pasteurized sweet butters : 10 gr microloaves, 250 gr and 500 gr wafers, 5 kg lump and 25 kg cube as well as different varieties of milk.
