Shi Kong session
Take "a little care of yourself": Cathy LAMOUROUX offers a Shi Kong session indoors or outdoors depending on the weather. A drink at the end of the session will be offered to you (homemade kiwi juice, homemade apple juice, herbal tea, tea...)
