The "Clariou" brewery is a small, artisanal brewery. It offers a variety of beers, each different from the others: blonde, white, red, amber, black… with honeyed flavors or even with saffron from the Ardèche region!

My production is based on the valorization of beer by-products, from Romain's activity at Brasserie Clariou, with a range of food products made from these residues.

In the heart of nature, just a stone's throw from Lanarce, we offer trout fishing on two ponds: brown trout, brook trout, and rainbow trout. Trout are available for purchase on-site. Equipment is available for loan to anglers of all ages.
