Dylan offers handcrafted biscuits (cookies, brittle, shortbread…), pastries, and viennoiseries at the inn. Enjoy them here or take them away. During the warmer months, he's also located in a chalet at the foot of Mont Gerbier-de-Jonc.
Since 2025, Dylan, a member of the family, has settled at the foot of Mont Gerbier, bringing with him 15 years of experience in baking and pastry making. His products are made in Bachasson and sold at two locations: one at the inn's shop and the other in a chalet on the Mont Gerbier-de-Jonc forecourt. You can enjoy all kinds of breads, biscuits, desserts, and other treats made with local and seasonal products. As a bonus, you can savor delicious ice cream (chestnut, blueberry, etc.), always made fresh on site! Have a special occasion coming up? Dylan can create a custom cake to your specifications (raspberry, Black Forest, strawberry, etc.).

We welcome you to our 16th-century inn, nestled in unspoiled nature. Located 800 meters from Mont Gerbier-de-Jonc and the source of the Loire River, we offer a 15-bed dormitory with single beds, as well as a kitchen and two bathrooms.
Bachasson delicatessen offers its charcuterie, homemade jams, and various organic plant-based products. Shop at the inn, in a chalet at the foot of Mont Gerbier, and also online.
