The Saint-Laurent-les-Bains thermal spa, part of the Chaîne Thermale du Soleil group, specializes in the treatment of rheumatism and fibromyalgia. The spa and beauty salon are open to everyone. Hiking enthusiasts will be in their element.
The thermal waters of Saint-Laurent-les-Bains, rich in sodium bicarbonate, are classified as oligometallic, gaseous, and radioactive. Their temperature (53°C) is an important therapeutic agent, promoting peripheral vascular dilation, tissue oxygenation, and pain relief.
At the watershed between the Atlantic and the Mediterranean, between the Massif Central and the Midi, Saint-Laurent draws its sustenance from the crisp mountain air and the soothing currents of the South. This tiny mountain village offers its visitors an authentic and charming setting, with its pretty stone houses and its fortified tower, which houses a museum dedicated to water, overlooking the heights.
Around the central square and its fountain are the thermal baths, as well as the village cafe and shops, the post office, the tourist office and the accommodations.
Two new treatments:
– thermal clay poultices with deep relaxation in music therapy;
– thermal steam chairs specifically designed for back pain relief.
Our complementary programs are also enhanced by a Thermal Spa and Hiking program: pressotherapy sessions, hydromassage bed sessions, hydromassage thermal bath, relaxing massage and medium and/or challenging hikes will enhance your thermal stay.
