The main building is from the 18th and the gîte from the 19th.
Nestled in a natural and preserved environment, at an altitude of 1170 m, you will appreciate the tranquility of this place.
Adjoining the owners' house, you have private outdoor spaces. Access to the gîte via a small private path from the road.
At the top of the path, you will be seduced by the magnificent view of the Loire, the surrounding forests, meadows and Ardèche mountains.
You will enjoy a terrace (currently being developed, the grass has just been sown) to admire this green landscape (garden furniture, deckchairs, plancha). Laid out on 3 levels, you have, on the ground floor, a living room with lounge, living room with open kitchen. WC. On the 1st, 3 bedrooms with magnificent views of nature (1 with 160 cm bed, 2 with 80 cm beds that can be combined into a 160 cm bed), bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. On the upper floor, a spacious mezzanine under exposed attic space to relax, read or play the piano (access to this room is reserved for “alert” people – steep Japanese staircase). For your comfort, beds made, towels provided. Possibility of charging your electric vehicle (type 2 32A charging station) with a supplement of €10 for a full charge. Located a few km from the village of Sainte Eulalie for basic shops and close to Mont Gerbier des Joncs Sources de la Loire.
Cultural and heritage sites to discover, leisure activities to practice (hiking, cycling, mountain biking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing in winter) and local products to savor at the local markets!
The Loire below the house is a famous fishing area.
