This country house, an old farmhouse with a 90 m² living area that has been completely renovated, is located 1,5 km from the centre of a dynamic village with many shops and services (mini-market, baker, butcher, doctor, pharmacy, etc.).

On the ground floor it consists of a living room, a bathroom/laundry room, 1 bedroom and a toilet, and upstairs, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet.

It overlooks a 500 m² lawn and a terrace. Nearby, you'll find Lake Coucouron, Mont Gerbier-de-Jonc, the Auberge de Peyrebeille, and Lake Issarlès. A great base from which to explore the treasures of the Ardèche plateau.

During the summer, you can enjoy the Coucouron market, which brings the village to life every Wednesday, and the Coucouron lake with its supervised swimming area and snack bar. A little further afield, you can explore the Ardèche plateau: Mont Gerbier-de-Jonc, Lake Issarlès, and many other attractions.

With Lozère and Haute-Loire right next door, you can also visit Le Puy-en-Velay, Langogne, Lake Naussac, the Auberge Rouge de Peyrebeille and many other sites.

During the winter, come and share often snowy holidays in a rural and friendly setting.
