The hotel restaurant “Au Parfum des Bois” is located in Saint-Cirgues-en-Montagne in Ardèche (07) on the banks of the river. Perched at an altitude of 1044m in the Ardèche mountains, our establishment will provide you with peace and serenity, all in a family atmosphere.
The hotel has 24 rooms, all equipped with shower or bath, washbasin, WC, as well as flat screen television, direct telephone and free Wi-Fi throughout the establishment.
The restaurant offers traditional and tasty cuisine made with fresh, seasonal produce. “Homemade” which has delighted our customers since 1986 (Third generation hotelier-restaurateur).

Le Roux, clinging to the southern flank of the Massif Central is a town conducive to hiking. The network of fully marked Roman paths and roads offers many possibilities for walks towards the plateau or the valley.
Stone village nestled at the bottom of a sunny valley. The main street passes in front of the Saint Sylvester church, known to house the stone of Sainte Abeille, a stone with a cupule (with a hole) which is said to cure ringing in the ears.
