You can relax and enjoy the benefits of hydrotherapy by taking a Spa bath which will offer you a moment of pure pleasure to keep you in shape, relieve your stress and your daily pains.
In the cozy and warm space of the sauna, lying down or seated, you will quickly feel the benefits of sweating heat which gives a feeling of weightlessness to the whole body. The sauna is sovereign for regaining tone and a good quality of sleep.
So remember to take a swimsuit! Bath towels are provided.
