Come and discover the vernacular names and uses of local plants, as well as the cosmetic and medicinal uses of traditional pickings in this particular garden.

Description

For a long time had germinated the idea of an animation around the garden of Clastres, in front of the main facade of the building, but also in the vast meadow which opens next to it. Several members of the Liger association have thus proposed to highlight these spaces, to give back to the venerable pailhisse the setting it deserves, through a garden of medicinal plants - the simple ones - and presentation of spontaneous plants from the Mountain. . This garden combines culture, knowledge and understanding of the region. The visitor can become aware of the richness of our natural heritage there as well as appreciate, taste and cook the natural riches of the country of the sources of the Loire. This garden allows the organization of cultural activities centered on the local flora but also exhibitions, botanical, culinary or phytotherapy courses.
