The visitor center offers you a cultural and gourmet stopover in the heart of the Ardèche Mountains:
– Contemporary Art: Immerse yourself in the work “1020 km”, a film by Olivier Leroi integrated into the “Watershed” art trail. A poetic approach to the landscapes of the watershed.
– Exhibition Area: Explore "All about the geology of the Ardèche Mountains". This display of 13 banners reveals the secrets of the volcanoes, the history of local dinosaurs and the richness of this UNESCO Global Geopark.
– Geotrip (Virtual Reality): This summer, travel back in time to discover the eruption of the Jaujac volcano or meet dinosaurs (on specific dates).
– Accessibility: Inclusive tour for people with intellectual disabilities. Adapted booklets are available on request.
– The Loire: from its source to its estuary: discover the Loire's journey across France. Soundscape on the first floor.
– Shop area: Discover a carefully selected range of local products from the Ardèche Mountains, souvenirs and a regional book section.
For hiking: Find tips and documents to successfully climb the famous Mont Gerbier-de-Jonc and explore the Loire springs circuit.

Olivier Leroi's film offers an immersive, poetic and sensitive approach to the longest river in France, as it has never been seen before: filmed from a helicopter, it allows you to fly over the Loire in real time from its sources to the estuary (7h20).
What if the Loire, in addition to its journey to the Atlantic, also flowed into the Mediterranean? This is G. Clément's hypothesis: Mont Gerbier-de-Jonc would function as a "water tower." Work by Gilles Clément as part of the Water Sharing project.
