La Bola, farmer's restaurant!
We are a grower and restaurateur and our menus are therefore essentially made with local products from our farm: rustic lamb, chestnuts, vegetables and fruits from the garden, saffron... Each vegetable, each meat is the fruit of the work provided throughout the year.

Homemade sourdough bread baked over a wood fire.
We have a wood-fired oven to take the time to properly cook our meats, to dry our fruits or to smoke the fish...and of course to enjoy the flavor and crispness of our natural sourdough bread.
We also spin ice creams and sorbets.
