We are a farmer-restaurateur and our cuisine is mainly prepared with local farm products and those from our farm.
(rustic lamb, pigeon, chestnuts, vegetables and fruits from the garden, saffron, etc.). Each vegetable, each meat is the fruit of the work provided
all year.
Unique menu evolving with the garden – creative, inspired by our land, our travels and the seasons… Selection of organic and natural wines.
Our wood-fired oven is a valuable tool for cooking, smoking, drying, meat, fish and vegetables; it is the friend of our batches of sourdough bread.
