Seasonal specialities: Fin Gras beef from Mézenc (from February to June),
Maôche (autumn and winter, by reservation), omelets and puff pastries with porcini mushrooms. Gourmet desserts: homemade pastries, ice cream sundaes, blueberry tarts, chestnut dessert, Norwegian omelet. Group menus to order. Evening meals by reservation. The +++: "Dish of the day" formula, à la carte and quick formulas in season. A flagstone bears the inscription "Here begins my race towards the ocean". A thematic trail on the Sources of the Loire is offered to visitors.
In winter: cross-country ski, ski touring, snowshoe, sled and fat bike rental for rides on the slopes at the foot of Mont Gerbier-de-Jonc.
