Description
The Hotel-Restaurant Enjolras invites you to discover traditional and gourmet cuisine, prepared with local produce throughout the seasons. For three generations, each dish has celebrated the local terroir with fresh ingredients and family recipes.
Chefs Jean-Luc and Lucas's signature dishes: a generous mushroom croustade with cream, followed by a local veal sauté, accompanied by tasty homemade dauphine potatoes, and finished with the Ardèche coupe with its homemade whipped cream.
The restaurant has 2 large rooms, for receptions, seminars and groups.
Double, triple, and quadruple rooms, each with a private bathroom and toilet, for a comfortable stay in the heart of the village. Views of a wooded park or the village itself, 500 meters from Lake Coucouron. Enjoy the leisure activities that the Ardèche mountains have to offer.
A studio for 4 people is also available.
