Description
Refined surroundings and quality traditional cuisine make Provence an essential stopover in the region. In the kitchen, Brigitte Philippot draws inspiration from the flavors of the region and the market of the day to concoct dishes with authentic flavors.
The Provence restaurant is referenced in the Michelin Guide and Gault&Millau 2016. Brigitte Philippot has also received the title of Maître Restaurateur.
Brigitte Philippot concocts her homemade foie gras, her famous pan-fried porcini mushrooms from the surrounding undergrowth, her crispy black pudding with apples, her calf's head with gribiche sauce), authentic flavors that will delight gourmets and gourmands.
Our Spa and well-being area is accessible throughout the opening season from 15 p.m. to 19 p.m. for full-board, half-board or stopover formulas (room, evening meal and breakfast) at no extra charge.
You can also access it during your meal at the restaurant.
