Description

The Provence restaurant is referenced in the Michelin Guide and Gault&Millau 2016. Brigitte Philippot has also received the title of Maître Restaurateur.
Brigitte Philippot concocts her homemade foie gras, her famous pan-fried porcini mushrooms from the surrounding undergrowth, her crispy black pudding with apples, her calf's head with gribiche sauce), authentic flavors that will delight gourmets and gourmands.
Our Spa and well-being area is accessible throughout the opening season from 15 p.m. to 19 p.m. for full-board, half-board or stopover formulas (room, evening meal and breakfast) at no extra charge.
