Le Géorand: Ardèche recipes reinvented with passion
Labeled Bistrot de Pays and Sustainable Development, this restaurant located on the heights of the Ardèche plateau is run by Coralie and Sébastien. In the heart of a dream landscape at an altitude of 1 m, enjoy a warm room and a pretty terrace on sunny days. Géorand's cuisine gives pride of place to local products, revisited with great inventiveness by Sébastien and his sister-in-law Lætitia. In terms of supplies, the couple gets their supplies from the village butcher's shop and offers local goat's cheeses.
The little extra: a wide choice of local beers and organic Ardèche wines, and a breathtaking view of the Ardèche mountains.

Le Pub du Volcan: family cuisine at an altitude of 1 m
It is at the foot of the famous Suc de Bauzon that Nathalie and her daughter Maureen welcome you for a warm and gourmet break. Local charcuterie, mushrooms and homemade desserts are in the spotlight, without forgetting maôche, a local specialty to which we will return.
The little extra: the establishment is ideally located for hiking or snowshoeing.

L’Auberge du Mézenc: the promise of mountain to table
At the Auberge du Mézenc, at an altitude of 1152 meters in Borée, the Ardèche can be savored in all its authenticity.
Here, each dish is the fruit of collective work: chefs, breeders, farmers and artisans unite their passion to enhance the riches of the Ardèche mountains, while respecting the product and the seasons.
