The house was founded in 1910, by Florentin Rome. Today, five generations later, Samuel Rome runs the house. And, for more than a hundred years, it has always been good artisanal mountain charcuterie that has been produced here. And for those who cannot go upstairs to stock up as often as they would like, Rome products are also sold in the best delicatessens and delicatessens in Aubenas, as well as on the Internet.
