Ludovic, self-taught and passionate chocolate maker, is from Drôme where he was already working chocolate for the pleasure of the taste buds.
Today, he pursues his gourmet vocation in the highlands of Ardèche where he welcomes you to the Château de Ligeret. Located at the Sources de la Loire, at the foot of Mont Gerbier de Jonc, it is therefore the first of the Loire castles.
Concerned about working with quality products, as well as the environmental impact. Ludovic and Carine are committed to finding the producers and craftsmen closest to them.
