About Us

Hans Desaire: “As my first name does not indicate, I come from a small village in Haute-Savoie, located at the foot of Salève. Full of ideas for the most ecological outdoor projects possible, I find fulfillment in local adventure and long-term sharing.
As a mid-mountain guide (AMM) having already acquired good experience in organizing stays, I am delighted to share with you my passion and discover the mountain paths and places that I love the most. »
(Hans is a modest finisher of the Diagonale de fous, Editor’s note)

Marine Parant: “I teach yoga and the Feldenkrais method with the intention of allowing students to develop self-awareness through sensoriality and listening. These practices involve the body in movement and know how to free themselves from the intellect for direct learning through sensations. They are extraordinary resources for those who thirst for clarity, discovery and vitality. »

The spirit of the course

We form this duo with the conviction that our practices and our passions will combine brilliantly to allow you to progress in your trail running practice.

Awareness through movement using the Feldenkrais method, kesako? Imagine that moving is like language. Feldenkrais allows you to enrich your “vocabulary” in order to have more possibilities, finesse and precision in your gestures. For an athlete, this allows them to approach their practice with awareness of the body as a whole, to improve their performance while respecting and preserving their body. In practice, vocally guided sessions lead to an exploration of simple movements in the spirit of “doing less to feel more”.

Yoga is known to improve physical well-being by developing flexibility and tone. It promotes the circulation of energy, improves concentration, helps develop a deep state of serenity and clarity and regulates the nervous system. So many elements which are excellent allies for any athlete wishing to improve. The sessions will adapt to the time of day and will serve your trail sessions through the practice of asanas, breathing and meditation. There are no prerequisites to practice, not even flexibility!
