Description
The cottage is located in Espinassac, a very quiet hamlet, surrounded by nature, 3 km from the center of Coucouron, accessible by road or, through the woods, by a path joining a leisure and swimming lake.
The apartment of more than 80 m2, includes:
– 4 large bright rooms equipped with quality furniture, open to the surrounding garden,
– a bathroom and a separate WC,
– and a large adjoining cellar of approximately 15 m2.
Sleeping: 2 bedrooms with, in each, 1 bed in 140 cm and 1 convertible in 80 cm, and, in the living room, 1 convertible sofa in 140 cm, allowing to thus increase -temporarily- the capacity of reception to 8 people.
In addition, to lighten your load, we will provide you with an umbrella bed for children on request (at no extra charge), and for toddlers: playpen, high chair, potty, bath, changing tray….
Access to the owner's garage is possible, to house bicycles, quads, motorbikes, roof rack, or trailer, and access directly and directly to the gîte.
The equipment in household appliances is very complete (electric and microwave ovens, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge-freezer, gas hob, etc.), and small quality electrical equipment (robots, grill, coffee maker, kettle, etc.). ), hair dryer, iron…

In the village of Coucouron, you will find all the services (post office, bank, doctor, pharmacist), shops (bakery, butchers, delicatessens, supermarket, cheese shops (3), fresh pasta, press, bars, restaurants, hotels, etc.), and leisure activities (body of water, horseback riding, quads, mountain biking, etc.).
After relaxing in the garden (equipped with outdoor equipment and barbecues), you can explore the Ardèche plateau and its surroundings, the cultural centers of Puy en Velay, Langogne, or Pradelles, the Loire and the Allier, the lakes of Issarlès, Naussac, and Bouchet, the mountains of Gerbier de Jonc and Mézenc, where you can indulge in all outdoor activities, picking berries or mushrooms and fishing for trout in the lakes or rivers.
We will strictly apply the health protocols that govern our seasonal rental activity, as they have allowed us since 2020 to offer our gîte in complete safety.
Prices are “all inclusive”: water, gas, electricity, Wifi, firewood; the tourist tax is also free for 2 adults.
