With its panoramic view and its chef's tasty local cuisine, the restaurant at the Hôtel des Sapins opens up magnificent gourmet horizons!

In the kitchen, Jacques Ollier creates a refined cuisine composed of beautiful local products carefully selected according to the seasons in order to guarantee the freshness and authenticity of the dishes. Thus, the plates follow one another, among others: mushroom crisp, chestnut velouté, trout with crayfish, duck foie gras, veal escalope with Chardonnay sauce...

The sweet creations of Charlotte Ollier, a graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie in Yssingeaux, invite the sin of gluttony. Always in research, she will surprise you with these presentations, her colors and her flavors!

The Restaurant des Sapins is the guarantee of a great culinary adventure to be discovered on a half-board basis during a stay with friends or family in the warm atmosphere of the elegant, bright restaurant room.

In fine weather, the restaurant opens onto the outside with its pleasant terrace.
