In this preserved context, we register our activity in a tourism respectful of the environment. In addition, at our table, we favor our organic productions and wild pickings, as well as products from neighboring farms.
Within the “curious menus” association, a veritable melting pot of culinary experience, we cultivate a taste for originality. Thanks to our exchanges, we put into practice another way of cooking. We are committed to promoting local resources as a priority: edible wild plants, forgotten vegetables and fruits, aromatic and medicinal plants.
