Within the “curious menus” association, a veritable melting pot of culinary experience, we cultivate a taste for originality. Thanks to our exchanges, we put into practice another way of cooking. Farm built more than 350 years ago in the heart of a mountainous circus. Surrounded by beech and fir forests, the farm of Médille is a large stone building with a slate roof. It is nestled against the Mézenc, within unspoilt nature.
