At the restaurant, conviviality is at the heart of our project, fostered by showcasing local, high-quality, and seasonal products. Our menu changes every two weeks and offers generous, tasty, and affordable dishes, in the style of a traditional inn.
Local, friendly and affordable cuisine!
Our menu varies according to the seasons and our producers' availability. It changes regularly. We source all our groceries from the AB and Nature et Progrès labels. As for meats and fish, fruits and vegetables, they come from local farms and livestock and respect organic or sustainable production methods. With all this, we have three goals: to offer you the best of our land, to put flavor in the spotlight, and to delight your taste buds!
What drives us is making everything from scratch, using local products. And luckily for us, our region abounds with diverse agricultural produce: chestnuts, blueberries, peaches, apricots, cherries, Delicatesse potatoes, goat (Picodon), cow and sheep cheeses, lamb, trout… Within a 50 km radius, we've managed to establish partnerships with 40 producers. Plenty to enjoy as we prepare delicious, fresh dishes for you!
