Here, on the Ardèche highlands, at the foot of Mont Gerbier de Jonc, Nicolas raises his Aubrac breed cows. He leads his herd with care and respect and produces quality meat that Céline values in the kitchen in the family restaurant.
Sale of meat (vacuum-packed beef and veal at retail or in packages). Cooked dishes in verrines (Bolognaise sauce), bourguignon, pot au feu, lentil sausage, tripe, blanquette, offal stews. Delivery with refrigerated box. Breeding approved Label Rouge.
The two brothers of GAEC du Jasmin are meat and milk producers. They also cultivate on this volcanic land the green lentil of Puy AOC. Visits on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 18 p.m. in July and August.
